Responsibilities:
  • Repair new heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
  • Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance
  • Respond to emergency maintenance requests
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in HVAC or other related fields
  • Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills

HVAC Heating & Cooling Sales Representative –“Comfort Advisor” -Full time

Family owned Heating & Cooling company looking for a highly motivated and energetic residential sales representative. Starting wage: $16-18/ hour DOQ,

Job Duties:

· Meet with customers to provide options and solutions for heating and cooling needs

· Accurately prepare job proposals according to specifications

· Educate and advise customers on available rebates, and equipment efficiency ratings.

· Responsible to remain current in knowledge on new products and available rebates

· Responsible to maintain accurate tracking of all opportunities with customers -new and existing

· Responsible to communicate with subcontractors regarding job scheduling.

Requirements:

· Heating and Air Conditioning technical knowledge is desired, but not required

· Experience using Word & Excel

· Customer Service Oriented

· Capable of understanding customer needs

· Efficiently manage time and schedule
